Note...If you have a date your hammock must be returned by, let us know. We will review the jobs schedule
and determine if we can accommodate your requested date. We’ll make our best efforts to do so. Normally, after we receive your hammock, our turnaround time is 2-3 three weeks.
Step Two…We
will respond to your E-Mail or order form submission in 1-3 days and will inform you of the following:
a. our estimated turnaround time
b. if we can accommodate your requested date of return
c. our mailing address
d. answer any questions you may have
If you don't hear from us in
1-3 days, please email us again. Sometimes our replies are filtered out as Spam or Junk mail.
Step Three...Ship your hammock to us.
a. Include a card with your
name and address inside the shipping box.
b. Indicate
which Bugnet Zipper Modification you want
c. If choosing Modification #2 or #3, indicate which side of the hammock should receive the full-length
zipper. Specify side as you are laying on your back in the hammock.
If choosing Modification #4, indicate which side of the hammock should receive the three zipper pulls (optional).

Notify us when you ship it so we can be looking for it. We will notify you when we receive it and when we ship
it back to you.
