Step One…Go to the Contact Us page and submit the information form to us. Be sure to read the “Disclaimer” statement before you submit the form.

and determine if we can accommodate your requested date. We’ll make our best efforts to do so. Normally, after we receive your hammock, our turnaround time is 2-3 three weeks. Step Two…We will respond to your E-Mail or order form submission in 1-3 days and will inform you of the following: a. our estimated turnaround time b. if we can accommodate your requested date of return c. our mailing address d. answer any questions you may have
If you don't hear from us in 1-3 days, please email us again. Sometimes our replies are filtered out as Spam or Junk mail.
Step Three...Ship your hammock to us. a. Include a card with your name and address inside the shipping box. b. Indicate which Bugnet Zipper Modification you want c. If choosing Modification #2 or #3, indicate which side of the hammock should receive the full-length zipper. Specify side as you are laying on your back in the hammock.
If choosing Modification #4, indicate which side of the hammock should receive the three zipper pulls (optional). d. Notify us when you ship it so we can be looking for it. We will notify you when we receive it and when we ship it back to you.Step Four...Payment options...
a. Personal check or PayPal. We prefer a personal check to avoid PayPal service fees. b. PA resident's are subject to 6% sales tax. c. Payment should include return postage. Typically whatever your shipping cost is to us, just add it to the cost of the selected Mod and that will cover the cost to ship it back to you. d. Be sure that your PayPal account information includes your correct address. We print a return shipping
label through PayPal and the accuracy of your return address is important.
Shipping Note...We feel it is in the best interest of our customers to take precautions
shipping the hammock for a trip across the country or around the block. We use USPS Priority boxes or Tyvek bags.
We always utilize delivery confirmation and watch to see it gets to its intended location. If a hammock is sent to us with insurance, the same amount of insurance is applied to return it. If the hammock is sent without insurance, it will be returned without insurance. We will not be held responsible for USPS mishandling or losing your package. International customer?
